Israeli Strikes Across Gaza Result in Fatalities, Including Children

Gaza: Four Palestinians were martyred and others were injured on Sunday following the Israeli occupation forces' bombing of various areas across the Gaza Strip. A Palestinian was martyred, and several others were injured following an Israeli drone attack targeting a group of civilians in the Al Bassa area, west of Deir Al Balah in central Gaza, local sources reported.

According to Qatar News Agency, the sources added that a Palestinian and his son were martyred in an Israeli airstrike near the Taybah Towers, west of Khan Younis in the southern part of the Strip. Meanwhile, a child was martyred and another sustained critical injuries after Israeli mortar shelling struck a group of civilians in Izbat Abd Rabbo, east of Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

The body of a Palestinian martyr was recovered from the eastern outskirts of Al Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, following an Israeli raid that targeted the area on Saturday, the sources confirmed. In addition, medical sources announced that 16 Palestinians, including five children, have been martyred as a result of the ongoing Israeli bombardment of the Gaza Strip since dawn on Sunday.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that the cumulative toll of the Israeli military offensive on the Strip since Oct. 7 has surged to 52,829 fatalities, with an additional 119,554 individuals wounded, underscoring the staggering human cost of the protracted assault.
