Beirut: The Israeli occupation continued its attacks on southern Lebanon as part of a series of repeated attacks and violations of the ceasefire, which went into effect on Nov. 27. The Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) reported on Sunday that the Israeli Occupation Air Force launched two raids targeting the area between Qlaileh and Sama'ieh in Tyre District in southern Lebanon.
According to Qatar News Agency, the occupation also raided the valley adjacent to the town of Maaroub in Tyre District, and the river area between the towns of Halousiya and Zrarieh. These actions are part of ongoing tensions in the region, which have seen multiple airstrikes in recent days.
Israeli warplanes also carried out an airstrike targeting the Maraiseh area on the outskirts of the town of Ansar, in the Nabatieh district. These attacks contribute to escalating hostilities and undermine the ceasefire agreement that was intended to bring stability to the region.
