Ramallah: The Israeli occupation forces have detained at least 15 Palestinians from the West Bank overnight, up until Sunday, including children and former prisoners. According to Qatar News Agency, the Palestinian Authority's Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners Society stated that the detentions were carried out in the governorates of Nablus, Salfit, Ramallah, Hebron, Tulkarm, and Jenin. The statement highlighted that the raids were accompanied by assaults, threats against the detainees and their families, as well as widespread destruction and vandalism of homes. Since the beginning of the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in October 2023, more than 11,900 Palestinians have been detained from the West Bank, including Jerusalem. This figure includes all those detained from their homes, military checkpoints, those who were forced to surrender under pressure, and those who were captured as hostages.
