Israeli Forces Conduct Military Operation in Southern Syria’s Quneitra Countryside

Erbil:Damascus Israeli occupation forces have infiltrated the village of Western Samadaniyah in the central Quneitra countryside in southern Syria, deploying a 14-vehicle military force carrying troops.

According to Qatar News Agency, following the infiltration, the Israeli soldiers conducted search operations and established a manned checkpoint on the outskirts of the village of Taranja in the Quneitra countryside.

This incursion occurred a day after Israeli forces entered the Daraa and Quneitra countryside. A military force was gathered on the outskirts of the village of Maariya in the western Daraa countryside, where roads were barricaded, and there was significant Israeli drone activity observed over the area.

Israeli occupation forces have been accused of violating the 1974 Disengagement Agreement by repeatedly entering southern Syria. The Syrian government has called for international intervention to halt these breaches and demand the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from its territory.
