Israeli Forces Conduct Incursion in Quneitra Countryside, Arrest Resident

Quneitra: Israeli occupation forces again entered the town of Taranga in the northern Quneitra countryside in southern Syria, arresting a resident from the area.

According to Qatar News Agency, local sources reported that an Israeli military patrol stormed the town and arrested a resident, subsequently transferring him to an Israeli military base located inside the Jubata al-Khashab nature reserve in the northern part of the governorate.

This incursion is part of ongoing actions by Israeli occupation forces in the Quneitra countryside, where similar raids and house searches have been conducted over the past two days. These incidents highlight continuous tensions in the region.

The Israeli occupation's activities are seen as violations of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement. Despite Syria's repeated demands for these violations to cease and for Israeli forces to withdraw, the incursions continue.
