Beirut: Israeli drones on Sunday pounded Beirut's southern suburb. Qatar News Agency's correspondent in Beirut reported that the drones haven't left the suburb's airspace since dawn today.

According to Qatar News Agency, last Thursday, the United States announced that Israel and Lebanon had reached a ceasefire agreement following the second and final day's sessions of the fourth round of negotiations in Washington. However, this reported breakthrough has hitherto failed to materialize on the ground.
