The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon on Friday announced in a statement: "In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza and in solidarity with their brave and honorable resistance, and in response to the Israeli attacks on the resilient southern villages, especially the town of Maroun al-Ras, the mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance targeted a building used by enemy soldiers in the Shomera settlement with appropriate weapons, inflicting direct hits."
