Doha: Iranian Health Minister Mohammad Reza Zafarghandi announced on Wednesday that nearly 700 civilians were killed and around 5,000 others were injured during the 12-day long Israeli attacks on Iranian cities last month.

According to Qatar News Agency, Zafarghandi reported that the Israeli strikes led to the deaths of 18 healthcare personnel, including six doctors. He added that seven hospitals were directly targeted, and 11 ambulances were hit in the attacks.
