Doha: Inshore weather until 6:00 pm on Thursday will be hazy at places at first, becoming hot daytime with local clouds that may be rainy and relatively humid by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, it will be hazy with scattered clouds to partly cloudy with a chance of light rain, the report added.

According to Qatar News Agency, wind inshore will be variable, less than 5 KT at first, becoming mainly northeasterly at a speed of 5 – 15 KT, gusting to 25 KT at places daytime. Offshore, it will be northeasterly to southeasterly at a speed of 5 – 15 KT, gusting to 21 KT at eastern areas.

Sea state inshore will be 1 – 3 ft, while offshore will be 2- 4 ft, rising to 6 ft at eastern areas. Visibility inshore will be 4 – 10 km, while offshore will be 4 – 9 km or 3 km or less at places at times.
