Doha: HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani sent Sunday a cable of condolences to HE President of the Republic of Zambia, Hakainde Hichilema, on the death of Zambia’s Former President, Edgar Chagwa Lungu.
