Doha: HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE President of the Dominican Republic Luis Rodolfo Abinader on the occasion of the anniversary of the Dominican Republic’s Independence Day.
