Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent on Sunday a cable of congratulations to HE President of the Republic of Chad Lt. Gen. Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno on the anniversary of his country’s Independence Day.
