Lusail: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met with HE Ambassador Timmy Davis of the United States at Lusail Palace this morning. The meeting marked the end of the ambassador’s tenure in the country, where he came to bid farewell to His Highness.

According to Qatar News Agency, HH the Amir wished Ambassador Davis success in his future assignments and expressed hope for continued progress and flourishing relations between Qatar and the United States. Ambassador Davis, in turn, conveyed his gratitude to HH the Amir and Qatari officials for their cooperation, which he credited for the successful completion of his duties in the country.
