Kuala Lumpur: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met with HE Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore Lawrence Wong on the sidelines of the second ASEAN-GCC Summit, taking place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center in Malaysia.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussion between the two leaders focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation in various fields. They also exchanged views regarding the latest regional and international developments and topics listed on the Summit agenda.

The meeting saw the presence of HE Chief of the Amiri Diwan Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Khulaifi, HE Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Faisal bin Thani Al-Thani, HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, along with several other distinguished members of the official delegation accompanying HH the Amir.

Representing the Singaporean side were HE Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan and other high-ranking officials.
