According to Qatar News Agency, HE President Gustavo Petro expressed Colombia's unwavering support for Qatar in response to the Iranian attacks the nation is confronting. He emphasized Colombia's backing for Qatar's measures to uphold its sovereignty, security, and stability.

The dialogue also covered regional developments. Both leaders underscored the need to de-escalate tensions and promote international efforts towards resolving the crisis through dialogue and diplomatic channels, aiming to secure both regional and international peace and stability.
