Doha: Al Gharafa SC advanced to the quarterfinals of HH the Amir Cup 2026, after defeating Al Kharaitiyat SC with 2-0, in their Round of 16 match that took place at Hamad bin Khalifa Stadium on Saturday, part of the tournament's 54th edition.

According to Qatar News Agency, Al Gharafa SC's goals were scored by Dame Traore in the 22nd minute and Joselu from a penalty in the 33rd minute, securing Al Gharafa SC's place in the next round, where they will face the winner of Sunday's match between Al Ahli SC and Umm Salal SC, which will conclude the Round of 16.
