New york: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has arrived in New York to take part in the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly. His Highness is accompanied by HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, along with an official delegation.

According to Qatar News Agency, the participation of HH the Amir in the UN General Assembly highlights Qatar's commitment to engaging with international leaders on pressing global issues. The General Assembly session provides a platform for member states to discuss and address a wide range of topics.
