Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and HE President of the United States of America Donald Trump witnessed the signing of a significant agreement and several memorandums of understanding (MoUs) at the Amiri Diwan.

According to Qatar News Agency, the leaders observed the signing of an agreement for the purchase of aircraft from Boeing. Additionally, they oversaw the signing of a Statement of Intent for defense cooperation, as well as letters of offer and acceptance for MQ-9B drones and the FS-LIDS anti-drone system.

Furthermore, HH the Amir and the US President signed a joint declaration of cooperation between the governments of Qatar and the United States. The event was attended by HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, numerous ministers, and senior officials. On the American side, members of the official delegation accompanying HE the US President were present.
