Abu Dhabi: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and HH President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan discussed several regional and global issues of common concern, particularly the latest developments in the region.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting, which took place at Al Shati Palace in Abu Dhabi, focused on the enduring fraternal relations between the two nations and explored avenues to strengthen cooperation across various fields for the mutual benefit of their countries and peoples.
The talks were attended by high-ranking officials from both sides, including HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, HE Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, and HE Chief of the Amiri Diwan Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi, alongside other members of the official delegation accompanying HH the Amir.
Representing the UAE, HH Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of the Presidential Court Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, HH Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi and National Security Advisor Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Lt. Gen Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan were present, along with several high-ranking officials.
HH the Amir also attended a luncheon banquet hosted by HH the President of the United Arab Emirates in honor of the visiting delegation.
