HH Deputy Amir Sends Condolences to President and Prime Minister of India

Doha: HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani sent cables of condolences on Wednesday to HE President of the Republic of India Droupadi Murmu, and HE the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on the victims of the floods that swept through several northeastern states of the country, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.

According to Qatar News Agency, the northeastern region of India has been severely affected by floods, leading to significant loss of life and property. The natural disaster has caused widespread devastation, prompting international leaders to express their sympathies and support to the Indian leadership and its people. HH the Deputy Amir expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and extended his wishes for a quick recovery for those injured in the calamity.

The ongoing relief efforts in the affected areas are being closely monitored, and the Indian government is receiving messages of solidarity from around the world.
