Google Expands Gemini in Chrome to 7 New Countries

Mountain view: Google announced the expansion of its Gemini feature in the Chrome browser to seven new countries and markets, a move that reflects the accelerating pace of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into everyday browsing tools. According to Qatar News Agency, the feature is now available in Australia, Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, Republic of Korea, and Vietnam, with support on PCs and iOS devices in all of these countries except Japan. Since 2025, Google continues to strengthen the presence of its Gemini model within Chrome, having worked to integrate the smart assistant through a floating window that allows users to interact with it while browsing, according to a report published by TechCrunch.
