Gold Hits Over 1-Week Low

Doha: Gold touched a more than one-week low on Thursday. Spot gold was down 0.7% at $3,268 an ounce, after hitting its lowest since May 20. US gold futures dropped 0.1% to $3,265.

According to Qatar News Agency, while gold experienced a decline, other precious metals showed varying trends. Spot silver rose 0.4% to $33.12 an ounce, platinum remained steady at $1,075.50, and palladium increased by 0.9% to $971.30.
