Doha: HE Prime Minister of the French Republic Sebastien Lecornu arrived in Doha on Wednesday to offer condolences on the passing of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani. His Excellency's visit underscores the diplomatic relations between France and Qatar.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE Sebastien Lecornu and the accompanying delegation were received at Hamad International Airport by HE Minister of Transport Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Thani and HE Ambassador of the French Republic to the State of Qatar Arnaud Pescheux. This visit highlights the significance of bilateral ties between the two nations.
