Paris: French President Emmanuel Macron stressed on Monday that no peace plan between Russia and Ukraine can be reached without having Kyiv and the Europeans at the negotiating table.

According to Qatar News Agency, Macron made these remarks during a press statement following his meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Paris. He mentioned that there is no finalized plan regarding territorial issues at the moment, emphasizing that only President Zelenskyy has the authority to finalize any agreement.

Macron further stated that the peace plan cannot be achieved without the Europeans' involvement at the negotiating table, indicating that discussions are still in the preliminary phase.
