Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, has praised the efforts made by the Economic Development Board (EDB), led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, as well as its distinguished initiatives to increase national economic achievements on the basis of sustainability, competitiveness and fairness, in addition to highlighting the position of the Kingdom of Bahrain as a major financial, commercial and investment centre in the region and the world.

While receiving here today the Advisor to the Economic Development Board, Ian Lindsay, the minister stressed the keenness of the Ministry to enhance cooperation with the Board to serve the objectives of the Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.

Ian Lindsay expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Ministry and the diplomatic and consular missions of the Kingdom abroad for their cooperation with the Economic Development Board in highlighting the Kingdom’s competitive capabilities, modern legislation and various investment opportunities within the framework of the Economic Recovery Plan.
