Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Dr. Abdallah Bou Habib, on Monday welcomed the Ambassador of Portugal residing in Cyprus and accredited to Lebanon, Vanda Sequeira. The pair discussed the means to strengthen bilateral ties between both countries, in addition to local and regional developments.
