Gaza City: Five Palestinians were martyred and several others were injured on Sunday in an Israeli airstrike on Gaza City. Occupation forces targeted a house near Al-Salam Mosque in the Sabra neighborhood, south of the city, the Palestinian news agency (WAFA) said.
According to Qatar News Agency, the airstrike resulted in the martyrdom of five Palestinians and the injury of others. Search and rescue operations for missing persons are still underway, as efforts continue to locate individuals who may be trapped under debris.
Since the start of the Israeli aggression on Gaza on October 7, 2023, a total of 43,552 people have been martyred, and 102,765 have been injured. The ongoing conflict has significantly impacted the population, with many families suffering losses and injuries as a result of the hostilities.
