Gaza: At least five Palestinians were killed and 15 others were injured Wednesday evening in an Israeli occupation airstrike on the northern Gaza Strip. The Israeli airstrike hit a residential area in the Beit Lahia project northern the war-torn enclave, the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported citing locals. Earlier in the day, 20 Palestinians were killed and others were injured in separate Israeli occupation airstrikes on several sites across the Gaza Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, data released Wednesday by the Palestinian Ministry of Health indicates that the death toll since the beginning of the Israeli occupation genocide on the enclave in October 2023 has risen to 43,985 martyrs while 104,092 others were wounded.
