Gaza city: Eleven Palestinians were killed and others injured on Saturday in strikes launched by the Israeli occupation army on the tents of the displaced as well as the homes of those waiting for aid in different areas of the Gaza Strip.
According to Qatar News Agency, local sources reported that five civilians were killed, and others injured by Israeli gunfire targeting aid seekers in an area northwest of the Strip. The violence escalated as the Israeli forces continued their operations in the region, causing further casualties.
Another five civilians were killed and others injured, in addition to several missing, after the occupation forces bombed a home in the area of Bir al-Naja, west of Jabalia camp, north of Gaza. The attack on Bir al-Naja resulted in significant damage and heightened the sense of insecurity among residents.
A woman was also killed, and others were injured after an Israeli aircraft targeted a displaced persons’ tent in the Sheikh Ajlin neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City. The assault on Sheikh Ajlin added to the growing toll of displaced and affected individuals within the Gaza Strip.
