Egypt, Greece Stress Foremost Priority of Coordinated Efforts to Implement US President’s Gaza Plan

Cairo: Egypt's Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty met in Cairo on Sunday with his Greek counterpart, Giorgos Gerapetritis, to discuss the importance of regional and global coordinated efforts to advance the implementation of the gains of the second phase of the US President's plan on the Gaza Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, both sides stressed the need to reinforce economic and investment cooperation between the two countries, in addition to increasing the volume of trade exchange. They gave foremost attention to the Egypt-Greece electric connection project and expressed their shared commitment to continuing coordination on a variety of matters of mutual interest.
