This political position has contributed to pushing all UAE initiatives and efforts in exceptional times and the most difficult times for the peoples of the world. , towards implementation and success due to the state’s status, acceptance, and ability to employ its international relations.

The efforts of the UAE, in coordination and bilateral cooperation with many countries and international
institutions, contributed to reducing the costs of crises through two channels, the first of which is working to stop crises to protect the innocent through the strategic Emirati influence on countries of the world, and the second is launching humanitarian and relief initiatives to help the peoples of the world, and one of the examples is what it has done. In a recent humanitarian model, the UAE announced the provision of 100 million US dollars in support of humanitarian efforts in Sudan and neighboring countries. This announcement came during the UAE’s participation in the meetings of the International Humanitarian Conference on Sudan that took place in the French capital, Paris, last April, which It was held jointly organized by France, Germany and the European Union and with the participation of a number of countries and international and regional organizations, aiming to advance peace initiatives for Sudan, as the total value of relief aid directed to those affected by the conflict, which included medical, food and relief supplies, amounted to 150 million US dollars, in addition to the opening of a field hospital. The integrated complex in the city of Abéché in the Republic of Chad is the second one built by the UAE in support of Sudanese refugees. Its cost reached $20 million, proving the UAE’
s ability to reach all crisis sites in Asia, Europe, and Africa, and to contribute to alleviating the suffering of the peoples of the world.
Effective partnerships
In the context of humanitarian efforts, the UAE also contributed to mitigating the effects of a second war, the war in the Gaza Strip, as the UAE provided a pioneering model, through the ability of state institutions to launch various and diverse medical and nutritional initiatives, in light of integrated pioneering planning for humanitarian work. And the state’s ability to launch joint initiatives, through coordination with many countries to ensure the arrival of UAE aid, specifically Egypt, Jordan, and Western countries, through airdrops of aid and through joint campaigns to deliver aid, and multiple types of joint bilateral work, which contributed to the delivery of UAE aid.

The Emirati-Egyptian partnership represents a shining model that confirms the UAE’s desire to partner with all capitals capable of supportin
g the Gazans in light of this ordeal, as Egypt has the primary role, given the geographical neighborhood with the Gaza Strip, and the positive relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Arab Republic of Egypt, and there are many examples of partnership. Emirati-Egyptian, including the organization of the Emirates Red Crescent Authority in early April 2024, an event under the name ‘From the Emirates through Egypt to our people in Gaza’ to mobilize and prepare aid for the Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip, which reflects the level of coordination and cooperation with the brotherly Egyptian institutions and society, and the importance of participating in community activities.
