She highlighted that the State of Qatar has demonstrated that diplomacy can be both principled and effective, emphasizing peaceful resolution and humanitarian considerations while engaging different actors to create space for negotiation in high-tension situations.
According to Qatar News Agency, Her Excellency stated on the occasion of the State's National Day that Qatar's diplomatic approach aligns with the Democratic Republic of the Congo's aspirations to secure peace, accelerate development, and strengthen regional cooperation. She noted that Qatar's diplomatic posture is not only influential internationally but also directly relevant to the future of partnership and stability in Africa, including Central Africa and the Great Lakes region.
