Dollar Steadies Near One-Month High Amid Easing US-Fed Tensions

New york: The US dollar recovered some of its losses after declining at the start of the week, amid easing tensions between the US administration and the Federal Reserve over monetary policy. The dollar index held steady at 99.129, near its highest level in a month, which it reached on Wednesday.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Japanese yen remained stable at 158.63 per dollar after rising 0.4% on Wednesday. The euro was little changed at $1.16405, while the British pound fell to $1.36295.
