New york: The dollar moved in a narrow range against other major currencies on Wednesday, amid anticipation of the Federal Reserve's upcoming decisions. The dollar edged up 0.15% to 98.76, still some way off Friday's high of 100.25, which it hit before the nonfarm payrolls report.
According to Qatar News Agency, the dollar was little changed in recent trading, falling slightly by about 0.02% against the Japanese currency to 147.54 yen, while the euro rose slightly by 0.03% to $1.1578. The British pound rose in the latest trading by 0.06% to reach $1.3306.
The Australian dollar rose 0.15% to $0.6479, while the New Zealand dollar gained 0.23% to $0.5914.
