HE Director of Policy and Planning Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Fahad Al Khater met today, separately, with HE Deputy Minister for Foreign Policy of the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Kobe Yasuhiro, and HE Deputy Assistant Minister of the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Director-General of the Middle Eastern and African Affairs Bureau Ando Toshihide.
