The warning emphasizes strong winds and high seas, which are anticipated to impact maritime activities. The wind inshore is projected to be northwesterly, ranging from 08 to 18 knots, with potential gusts reaching up to 28 knots in some areas initially.
Offshore winds are expected to be northwesterly as well, with speeds between 15 to 23 knots and gusts potentially reaching 32 knots at times. The sea state inshore is predicted to be between 2 to 5 feet, while offshore conditions may range from 4 to 7 feet, surging to 10 feet occasionally.
Visibility inshore is expected to vary between 04 to 08 kilometers, possibly dropping to 02 kilometers or less in certain areas at first. Offshore visibility is forecasted to be between 04 to 08 kilometers, with potential reductions to 03 kilometers or less in some locations.
