Department of Meteorology Predicts Hot Weather Conditions Across Regions

Doha: Inshore weather until 6:00 pm on Tuesday is expected to be hazy to misty in certain areas initially, before transitioning to relatively hot to hot conditions during the daytime, according to the Department of Meteorology’s daily weather report. Offshore conditions are anticipated to be misty at first, gradually becoming hazy.

According to Qatar News Agency, inshore winds are predicted to be primarily southeasterly to easterly, with speeds ranging from 5 to 15 KT. Offshore, winds will predominantly be southeasterly to northeasterly, with similar speeds but gusting up to 18 KT in northern areas at times.

The sea state inshore is projected to range from 1 to 3 feet, while offshore conditions will range from 2 to 4 feet, occasionally rising to 5 feet in northern areas. Visibility inshore is expected to be between 4 to 8 km, though it may be less in some areas initially. Similarly, offshore visibility is projected to start at 4 to 8 km or less.

The report further outlines the tidal and temperature forecasts for various locations. In Doha, high tide is expected at 01:54 and 16:58, with temperatures ranging from 28°C to 38°C. Mesaieed will experience high tide at 18:58, with temperatures between 29°C and 36°C. Wakrah will see high tide at 01:50 and 18:01, with a temperature range of 28°C to 37°C. Al Khor’s high tide is at 16:22 and 04:45, with temperatures from 26°C to 37°C. Ruwais will have high tide at 04:45 and 16:43, with temperatures between 25°C and 35°C. Dukhan is expected to have high tide at 09:51 and 21:47, with temperatures ranging from 25°C to 37°C. Abu Samra will experience high tide at 00:14 and 01:12, with a temperature span of 23°C to 40°C.

Sunrise is expected at 04:42 LT, and sunset at 18:23 LT.
