HE Assistant Secretary of Foreign Affairs and head of protocol office at the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines Francisco Noel Fernandez, received a copy of the credentials of HE Ahmed Saad Abdullah Al Hamidi as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of the Philippines.
