Death Toll Rises as Israeli Strikes Continue in Khan Younis

Khan Younis: The Israeli occupation forces have continued their bombardment of the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, resulting in additional casualties.

According to Qatar News Agency, sources reported that one Palestinian was martyred when Israeli warplanes targeted an area in the eastern part of Khan Younis on Sunday morning.

This attack follows an earlier strike that killed ten Palestinians, including four children, when Israeli forces bombed displacement tents in various locations across Khan Younis.

Since the beginning of the Israel occupation aggression on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, at least 52,810 Palestinians have been martyred, the majority of them women and children. An additional 119,473 people have been injured.

The actual toll is believed to be significantly higher, as many victims remain trapped under rubble or lie in areas inaccessible to rescue and medical teams due to ongoing hostilities and restricted humanitarian access.
