Gaza: The death toll of Palestinians in Gaza has risen to 48,388 since the start of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023, with 111,803 injured.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Gaza Ministry of Health reported in its daily update that 23 martyrs arrived at Gaza hospitals, including 21 bodies retrieved from the rubble and two new martyrs. Additionally, 23 injuries were reported in the past 48 hours due to the ongoing Israeli aggression.

Sources indicated that several victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, with rescue and civil defense teams unable to reach them.

A ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel came into effect on January 19, ending the bloody war waged by the Israeli occupation forces on Gaza since October 7, 2023.
