Gaza: The death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 55,432 martyrs, in addition to 128,923 wounded.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza stated that the number of martyrs who arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours reached 68, alongside 182 wounded. The ministry noted that the death toll and injuries recorded since the occupation violated the ceasefire agreement on March 18 have reached 5,139 martyrs and 16,882 wounded.

The ministry also indicated that there are still a number of martyrs under the rubble, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to recover their bodies.

The humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip is becoming increasingly complex due to the Israeli occupation’s intransigence in preventing the entry of humanitarian aid to the population, and the ongoing bombing of all areas, including the remaining medical and service facilities, as well as the tents of displaced people.
