Death Toll from Israeli Aggression on Gaza Rises to 60,933

Gaza strip: Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced Monday that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 60,933, the majority of whom are children and women, since the beginning of the Israeli occupation's aggression on Oct. 7, 2023.

According to Qatar News Agency, the injuries have risen to 150,027 since the start of the aggression, while several victims remain trapped under the rubble, with ambulances and civil defense teams unable to reach them. The sources indicated that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 94 martyrs and 439 wounded in the past 24 hours. Since March 18, when the occupation violated the ceasefire agreement, the death toll and injuries have reached 9,440 martyrs and 37,986 wounded.

They noted that the number of aid victims killed in the past 24 hours reached 29 Palestinians, with 300 injured, bringing the total number of aid victims who arrived at hospitals to 1,516, and the total number of injuries to 10,067. Despite widespread international condemnation, the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has continued since Oct. 7, 2023, leaving more than 209,000 dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 9,000 missing, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced persons and a famine that has claimed the lives of many.
