Jerusalem: Israeli colonists stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in the occupied city of Jerusalem (Al-Quds), under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces (IOF). According to Qatar News Agency, dozens of colonists entered the mosque in groups and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards. They also performed Talmudic rituals, all under the protection of the IOF. Sources in Al-Quds Governorate reported that the IOF has been photographing vehicles in the Wadi Hilweh neighborhood of Silwan and imposing fines on them. Additionally, there is an ongoing effort to impose heavy fines on Jerusalemites as part of a policy aimed at increasing pressure on the local population. Since the beginning of the Israeli full-scale offensive against the Palestinian territories in Gaza and the West Bank, including the occupied Al-Quds, in October 2023, the IOF has intensified their measures at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the entrances to the Old City.
