Jerusalem: Dozens of colonists stormed the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque on Tuesday, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces (IOF).

According to Qatar News Agency, Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported local sources as saying that 271 colonists entered the courtyards of Al-Aqsa from the Mughrabi Gate. During the incursion, they performed Talmudic rituals and conducted provocative tours within the premises.

These incursions are seen as part of the occupation's ongoing efforts to change the Islamic and historical identity of Occupied Jerusalem (Al-Quds) and pose a threat to the Islamic sovereignty over Al-Aqsa Mosque.
