Gaza: The Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip announced Tuesday the recovery of 15 bodies from temporary graves inside Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, after they had been hastily buried since the outbreak of the war.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Civil Defense stated that its teams transferred the bodies of 15 martyrs, including four unidentified individuals, who had been previously buried inside Al Shifa Hospital, and handed them over to the Forensic Medicine Department and relevant authorities for burial in official cemeteries.

The Civil Defense noted that the total number of bodies recovered since Monday until today has reached 113, adding that there are still a number of bodies missing within the hospital grounds, and efforts are underway with the relevant authorities to recover and transfer them.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced earlier Tuesday that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 70,366 martyrs and 171,064 wounded since Oct. 7, 2023.
