A tourist group from the People’s Republic of China visited Saturday the ancient city of Busra al-Sham in Daraa.
The tourist group included a number of university professors, managers and businessmen from the Friends of UNESCO and the Geographic TV station.
University professor Ganj Mali said in a statement to SANA’s correspondent that the archaeological visit to Bosra was an important incident, according to its importance in the history of the East , appreciating her great admiration for the archaeological landmarks there that express the greatness of ancient civilizations.
In his turn , University Professor Jane Quagge noted that he had never seen an archaeological area as beautiful as the city of Busra al-Sham, whose ruins indicate the succession of civilizations and its importance in previous eras.
