Beijing: Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi discussed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen them in various fields, particularly economy, trade, and investment, with his Croatian counterpart Gordan Grlic Radman, who is visiting Beijing. The two sides also reviewed relations between China and the European Union.

According to Qatar News Agency, Wang emphasized that establishing a stable and positively developing relationship between Beijing and Brussels is in line with the fundamental interests and shared aspirations of both sides. He expressed his country's hope that Croatia would continue to play a constructive role in strengthening cooperation between China and the European Union.
