Doha: The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CGB)'s Institute of Public Administration (IPA) inaugurated Tuesday the second edition of the Knowledge Transfer program. His Excellency President of the CGB and Secretary-General of the National Planning Council Dr. Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Mubarak Al Khalifa attended the official ceremony.
According to Qatar News Agency, IPA Director Maha Masoud Al Marri, addressing the ceremony, stated that the initiative demonstrates the IPA's commitment to promoting sustainable professional development and equipping national competencies to keep pace with global changes and the requirements of the work environment.
The program's objective is to enhance the skills of national competencies in critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication. It offers an intensive training experience that includes a boot camp prior to the practical training phase, with the involvement of a select group of private sector companies and institutions.
The ceremony featured a presentation outlining the program's themes and implementation mechanism. This was followed by the launch of the accompanying training camp, designed to prepare participants for a comprehensive practical experience. This experience aims to enable participants to acquire skills and expertise that enhance their readiness and contribute to the development of government performance.
