CGB and Malomatia Sign Agreement to Enhance “Mawared” System

Doha: The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CGB) signed a framework agreement with Malomatia, a leading information technology firm, for unified technical and support services for the "Mawared" system. The signing took place during the "Web Summit Qatar 2025," one of the world's foremost events in technology and digital innovation, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance governmental operational efficiency and adopt the latest digital technologies.

According to Qatar News Agency, the framework agreement was signed by Director of Human Resources Information System Centre at CGB, Hassan Ali Al Khaja, and CEO of Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity at Malomatia, Mohammed Ali Al Emadi. The framework agreement aims to develop and enhance the Mawared system by applying the latest technological solutions, including artificial intelligence and data analysis, to improve human capital management and operational efficiency, with on-site technical support to ensure the effective operation of the system.

The collaboration also includes improving electronic ticket processing through a specialized call center and enhancing the reliability of the "Mawared" system, thereby improving user experience and raising the quality of government services. This collaboration reflects CGB's commitment to adopting the latest technologies to enhance governmental service efficiency and ensure sustainable development in the workplace, supporting the digital transformation journey in accordance with global best practices.
