Gaza City: An Israeli drone attack targeted a group of individuals in Beit Lahia on Monday, resulting in three fatalities. Paramedics and rescuers retrieved the bodies of three more individuals, including two brothers, and transferred them to the Baptist Hospital after they came under Israeli fire on Sunday, as reported by Palestine's News Agency (WAFA).
According to Qatar News Agency, Israeli fighter jets struck a family home in Block 1 of the Al Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. Additionally, an individual was gunned down by Israeli forces in the Al Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
In another incident, one person lost their life, and several others sustained injuries after an Israeli drone targeted a tent sheltering displaced civilians near the gate of Al Aqsa University in western Khan Younis. Two more individuals were killed in a separate strike on a displacement tent in the Al Mawasi area.
Earlier on Monday, the Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that the death toll from the Israeli offensive on the enclave since Oct. 7, 2023, had reached 53,339, with 121,034 injured.
